This is a three part series designed to be delivered in three one-hour sessions scheduled at your school’s convenience. Educators that participate will feel more confident and reassured in their SEL trauma informed practices.
Three 1-hour sessions:
Understanding Trauma. Identify why so many of our students are lacking motivation and experiencing anxiety and depression, among other challenges.
Belogning, Equity and Inclusion in the Classroom. In this session, we will delve into the protective factors that foster resilience in students.
The Trauma Informed Classroom. Teachers will identify strategies in their toolkits and add a few more using the pillars of a trauma informed classroom!
